Abstract

This 11-story building was located on Crescent Place at North B Street, now called Frederic H. Spaulding Drive. This image is of the eastern façade, the camera is aimed southwest. It was originally know as the Myelvaron. It served as a hotel and apartment building before being purchased by The University of Tampa in 1966. It was converted into a dormitory and named after The University of Tampa's fifth president, David M. Delo, and his wife, Elsie "Sunny" Delo. The structure was razed in 2000 to make way for the Vaughn Center.
